I have three years of experience in the mortgage industry but over 25 years of experience in business management. My goal is to build healthy business relationships by assisting clients with questions to help them reach their goals in a fair and honest way. I am pleased to say that I am the Senior Processor here at Premier Mortgage Funding USA Inc. Even though I've only been with Premier for three years, I have over 12 years of experience in the mortgage industry. I specialize in FHA, Conventional and Manufactured Home loans. My goal is to close as many loans as possible while providing the best service to our borrowers. I began working for Premier Mortgage Funding USA Inc. in February of 2004. In that time I have gained valuable experience working with all types of clients on all types of mortgages. As a lifelong Gainesville resident I have worked several jobs in the area since graduating from the University of Florida. These jobs (financial planner and commercial loan officer at a community bank) have been vital to my development as a loan officer here. It is my goal to treat each and everyone of my clients with the same type of respect that I would show a family member or close friend. I will be upfront and honest with you throughout the entire process ensuring that the biggest financial transaction of your life is done properly and without any hitches. I have lived in Gainesville for nearly twenty years, previously living in New Mexico and Wyoming. As the newest member of the Premier Mortgage Funding, Inc. team, I go from being the teacher, working as a school teacher for twelve years in a local private school, to being the student, recently making a career decision to step into the business world. I have previous experience working in a real estate office and my passion is toward real estate investing. I look forward to being an integral part of Premier Mortgage Funding USA Inc., and to gleaning from the extensive knowledge of my co-workers. Having taught school for many years, I have the strength of listening to my clients and understanding what they need, and the compassion to help no matter what the client's circumstances.
